Elemental Pre-Pilates exercises that develop the skills required to perform the classical mat regimen with safety and accuracy (3 days).
Includes useful exercises for observation and assessment and a review of the 9 Pilates Principles. The roots of movement and foundations of it all.
PLEASE NOTE that all workshops are in 3-day formats, Saturday-Monday for a total of 18 hours.
There are two, 3-hour sessions per day: 10am-1pm and 2:30-5:30pm with a 1 ½ hour lunch break.
